The hotel was in a great location, right by hiking trails and surrounded by trees. The views were stunning, and we had a great time exploring the natural area. The rooms were also modern and clean, which was a plus. The pool was good enough for a quick swim and a break from the heat.
The staff didn't seem to want to help us with any of our needs, and we had a difficult time requesting more towels and basic amenities. The breakfast was also not up to par;

The staff were not welcoming and appeared disinterested in making the stay enjoyable. the breakfast offered did not meet expectations with low-quality food options and an unwelcoming environment.
